Individual Meeting Rooms
If you are in need of a private meeting room, we have 3 ideal solutions. Our individual meeting rooms (Meeting Room 1, Meeting Room 2 and Meeting Room 3) can play host to up to 8 people in a ‘theatre’ style, or 4 in a ‘cabaret’ or ‘boardroom’ style.
Our meeting rooms provide a professional and private place to meet your clients and colleagues, at a cost-effective price. All 3 of these rooms can be booked by the hour, for shorter meetings, or on a half day or full day basis for intimate conferences and training sessions. You also have the added benefit of our business support packages, for example a professional receptionist to greet your clients and delegates, administrative support and a telephone answering service, ensuring that even though you are out of your usual office, your business stills runs effectively.
If you rent an office or a desk at The Rural Business Community, you are entitled to use our meeting rooms completely free for up to 20 hours per month.
All three meeting rooms are situated on the ground floor with full disabled access. Wi-Fi MB broadband, telephone and printing services will be available throughout your visit. You will also receive free parking, access to the coffee lounge and kitchen facilities and free roam of the beautiful, surrounding land.
